3. What does it take to become a Proxify member?
We assess more than just your code. Our process evaluates both technical ability and the soft skills that enable successful collaboration, including communication, reliability, and English proficiency. We look for professionals who can thrive in client teams, not just pass a test.
4. What does the vetting process look like?
Our vetting process has four steps: two assessments and two interviews. Once you successfully complete all of them, you’ll join the Proxify network. Your profile will then appear in our proprietary matching system, where our team hand-picks developers for suitable client opportunities.
5. How long does it take to complete the vetting process?
Typically, between 3 and 15 days, depending on your availability and how quickly you complete each step. Expect to spend around 4 to 5 hours in total.
6. What’s the purpose of the vetting process?
Our vetting process is designed to highlight your strengths and ensure we match you with the right opportunities. Once you’re vetted, you won’t need to repeat the process for each client.

Yes. Your identity or business registration is verified when you set up your Deel account, ensuring compliance and secure payments.

Nearly 90% of our roles are full-time, long-term engagements, where you work as an integrated part of a client’s team. Part-time or short-term gigs are available occasionally but are less common.
