A quick guide on how to confirm and submit your worked hours, and request a payment via your Proxify dashboard.
📌 Why monthly time report matters
Developers submit monthly time reports so Proxify can accurately calculate payments, verify logged hours, and ensure clients are billed correctly. It’s the final confirmation that everything you worked on that month is complete and correct.
📆 What is a monthly time report
At the end of each month, all your daily check-ins are compiled into a monthly time report. Once you review, confirm, and submit your report—and it is approved—your payment will be initiated to the payout method set in your account (typically via Deel).
⏰ When the time report is submitted
Reporting for the month opens on the last day of that month. Developers must finalize and submit their time report no later than the 3rd calendar day of the following month (for example, November time reports are due by December 3rd).
If you fail to submit it by then, your payment may be delayed until next month.
☝️ Overdue time reports can be submitted until the 10th calendar day of the following month.
After that, the report is locked. No additional hours can be added, and you risk not being paid for them.

🤔 Why do I need both daily check-ins and a monthly time report?
💡 Daily check-ins keep your progress transparent. The monthly time report acts as your final confirmation that all your hours for the month are correct.
🤔 I forgot to check in, or need to modify my check-ins. When can I do that?
💡 If you have missed check-ins, the platform will walk you through completing them during time report submission. You can still edit your check-ins before submitting your time report—but after you submit it, your check-ins are locked and cannot be changed.
🤔 Can I edit my check-ins after submitting my time report?
💡 No. Once your time report is submitted, all associated check-ins are final and cannot be changed.
🤔 My time report has been declined. What should I do?
💡 With decline notification, you will receive a note from Proxify's manager explaining the reason for declining. Follow the request, and contact your Success Manager if you need more information.
🤔 I can't submit my time report. What should I do?
💡Make sure you submit your time report by the 10th day of the following month. Starting from day 11, your time report is late. Contact your Success Manager for clarification.
🤔 What if a client disagrees with the hours I reported?
💡 Your Success Manager and Account Manager will help resolve any discrepancies with the client.
🤔 When will I get paid after submitting my time report?
💡 Payment is initiated once your time report is approved and processed. Funds will be sent to the payout method set per your account, before the payment due period stipulated in your Consultancy Agreement.
